resin sculpture

Today I am going to make a landscape and coat it in resin. I saw this piece by DON WEISFLOG.  It looks like a little microcosm. Im thinking I could make some northern lights with pigment.. or make clouds that hang and drip over the landscape.

Saatchi exhibition

Went to see this exhibition. Lots of neon colours, plastic shiny objects mixed in with classical compositions and imagery. I was impressed with Gedd Quinn's paintings.

So the exhibition is almost over and I am just about to start planning the next one. I think it was a good event over all with positive reviews and an interested audience.

I am working on new paintings and etchings at the moment..
